Mission Statement:

TO PROCLAIM the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world by preaching and teaching the Word of God by the power of the Holy Spirit, and

TO PROVIDE a fellowship of Godly love to encourage Christian obedience and the use of spiritual gifts as a expression of the manifold grace and wisdom of God for His glory.

Ministries


Children's Ministry

  • Pioneers meets during the Sunday Evening Service (except during June, July, August)

Women's Ministry

  • Various circle groups that meet during the month, see calendar for details
  • Womens' Bible Study, second and fourth Thursdays of each month

Shepherding Ministry

  • Each member (family) of LPCA is assigned to a shepherding group that has one elder and one deacon assigned to it.  
    • I Peter 5:2, "Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly"

Missionaries We Support


Prison Ministry

  • Several of our members participate in a regular prison ministry that serves to spread the Gospel  message in the local detention center
    • Matthew 25:36b, "...I was in prison and you came to me."
Super Seniors!
  •    This group is for age 55 and up, and it meets in our fellowship hall on the third Wednesday of  each month (except June, July and August)
  •    The meeting is from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM and includes lunch and a speaker
